Port Kale

Walking along the coast back to Portpatrick. The coastal path isn't as difficult as it looks here; it's just a few steep steps down to a well protected path descending around the bay. It was a cold April day, though; Mrs P is wearing hat and gloves.

The small building in the distance is an old telegraph station. The first cable to Ireland made landfall here in 1852.
