Elderflower Syrup

3 liters of elderflower syrup made from 40 elderflowers, 2 liters of plain water, 2 kilogram sugar, citric acid/concentrated lemon juice are now cooling in the kitchen. Will last a while, I hope. Will try it tomorrow. Many Hugos possible!

Smells sooo good!
