Roslyn Castle

So there was an unofficial Blip-trip to Rosslyn Chapel. DaveH, SamIam and Sands. 

It doesn't open till 12:00 on Sundays, so we had a lovely wander in Rosslyn Glen looking at the wild flowers and eventually finding the remains of the castle. 

The chapel was crowded but not too crowded and we found all the details described in the visitors pamphlet. The only thing we didn't see was the cat. 

Sands drove us back into town and we visited the Tomb, an exhibition at the Chamber Street museum. I now have a stamped bookmark with a spell to discourage enemies. 

Lastly Sands and Sam kindly assisted me in rescuing an empty wire reel from a skip. You may well see it featured in future blips.
