Racists and nutters

I got caught up in an EDL and anti-EDL march today in Piccadilly Manchester. Only most of the English Defence League were in the pub.

At this point they had started to chant and draw attention to themselves so the police waded in.

I was crossing the road as this happened and found myself dodging police horses who moved in to keep the factions apart.

I heard someone shout "This lot killed Jo Cox".

Horrible stuff.
