Sunny Sunday In Scarborough

A glorious day in Scarborough . In the sea for approximately 1hour and never have I experienced the North Sea so warm .It was glorious . The new lifeboat donated by the Frederick William Plaxton Charitable Trust was undergoing trials. These proved fascinating to watch .A young lady from the RNLI told me it cost 3.7 million pounds .The boat 2million and the special launcher approx 1.5million .The lighthouse and "Bathing Belle" sculpture looked wonderful together.
All in all a wonderful day , especially the sea .
