2017 Monday -- Through the Doorway

Today we were wandering through the house that we moved away from 23 years ago. The renter/tenant had the place till midnight last night and has been living there the past 15 years.

We lived in that house 28 years and raised our kids there. Twenty-three years ago, after we moved to our big, current home, we were planning to sell this one; then the real estate market took a serious downturn and the house did not sell, so we turned it into a rental. The property has had a manager, so she will assist in finishing the business with the tenant who has just moved out.
