Cricket

Lovely day for a spot of cricket.

Church this am and craft for my two and then after lunch we headed over to the cricket club for day 2 of cricket for C. There was a county match on and Berkshire were playing Surrey. C loved seeing an actual match going on and learning what the different scores were.

In between the innings the All Stars including C had been asked to show some of their new skills to the club so C did running and skills games. The big All star mascot even came out too which is defo R's favourite. A nice Pimms and then time for home!

Such a civilised sport. My vote is for sitting in the sun sipping Pimms every time(!!) not standing on the sidelines in winter freezing cold!

First bike ride of the season tonight with my neighbour and we managed 5.6 miles - not bad for a first ride out!
