Mono Monday - My Best Friend

I had a bit of a quandary for today's subject, because my oldest bestest friend of 50 years, Gill, doesn't like having her photo on Blip.

However, my newest bestest friend, the lovely Christina, whom I've known for a mere 10 years, is always happy to pose for a blip and was especially delighted when I told her today's theme. It has become a bit of a joke that she pretends to be very jealous when I refer to Gill as my best friend.

I value both of these best friends and all the other friends I'm blessed with. I met one of them, blipmate nell2803, this afternoon for coffee and cake - a delicious Guinness cake - at Benview. Thanks, nell.
