Puerto del Carmen

Well you can't just lie by the pool all day can you ? So today we decided to do the cliff top walk to the next town - Puerto del Carmen. It took us an hour, the temperature was heading for 30c but the views were fantastic and the ice cold coke we bought at the first cafe we came across most welcome (yes of course we had water with us !). As we reached the outskirts of the town the dusty volcanic landscape changed back to the elegant pathways with the inevitable Borganvillea !
