Disaster

I went in to put food in the pet lambs trough  this morning and found the hen with her chicks there. But only 4 chicks with her when I got closer I found the other 5 drowned in the pet lambs water bucket. What an absolute shame when she was doing so well with them. 

We got the shed ready for clipping sheep today. Also caught up on some office work.

My sister came down this evening to stay overnight. She is on the Island staying at my parents looking after all their animals while they are away. She bought local mussels on the way down so we enjoyed them for dinner.
