Party girl - Backblip

Saturday:  the day of the party ........  Up early again!  Lots to prepare in the local Village Hall, balloons to blow up, food to make, games to devise.  The weather was fine apart from the ghastly wind which seemed to wind the kids up into more of a frenzy than usual.  Party went well, only a few minor skirmishes and minor injuries, yes, only very minor, but you know what kids are like, to them life threatening for a few seconds and then complete recovery !!!  After all the clearing up it was home for what we hoped would be for a rest, but that was not to be - more people came round and the party continued in the garden until very late.  After we'd got the children to bed plenty of alcohol was consumed and plenty of left over food eaten up!

I'm seriously tired now.
