New art installation?

Had a nice plod around campus as there was a lovey cool breeze at lunchtime. I headed right up to the top of the valley and came across this 'work of art'.

It was a busy work day so the hours flew by, then it was time to dash home and get Leo to footie practice. He was very pleased that he got to score a goal as he gets to play outfield for a bit during practice rather than his usual goalie position for games.
