Nice and warm Keith did not go out till dinner so treated us to cheesey chips at the sovereign light cafe if you are a Keane fan you will know all about the sovereign light cafe we often go here as we live just up road

Then me and rocky walked down the seafront to walk off the cheesey chips but did not stop as was a bit to windy but we did go out this afternoon as was actually a lot warmer
