Balkan pine

We decided to plant a Balkan pine (Pinus peuce) to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Finland today, when it was also the birthday of the late Field Marshal Mannerheim, who also acted as one of our Presidents during the war.
Maybe a Balkan pine is not the best choice to celebrate Finland, but then again we have a multitude of indigenous trees on the site already anyway.
