Day 15 of the September food challenge - Recipe

Had a very nice afternoon in Cambridge spent photographing some of the sculptures on the Sculpture Trail No 1. None of them had anything to do with recipes so none are here, even I couldn't find a tenuous link. Incredibly, it was my first ever visit to Cambridge, made even more surprising since it is less than an hour away from home. I shall be returning.

Instead we have the speciality of the house at LPH. For those who haven't been to Lakeland Photographic Holidays, have a guess at what the recipe is for, for those who have been - you know the answer!
