The EL

The elevated railway is quite unusual in Chicago, although there is a tube system, the majority of travel is above ground. I remember watching the TV series ER years ago and seeing The El & now I have travelled on it, it was confusing at first but we soon got the hang of it.

Still seems strange seeing the trains above the busy streets . A bit cooler today, 28C
