Chimping.
Street wilderness trail photography at the wrong time of day. Beggars can't be choosers. The sun is almost overhead at noon.
A gentle hike in Mount Baldy Wilderness on the 3.5.mile Crossover trail #96 which connects the east and west seven mile trails. It is a gentle trail which rises from 9275' to 9400' but quite steeply in parts. The trails are popular and was quite busy today with casual walkers, us (Bob, David, Jim, and me); and serious hikers going to the top of the trail which doesn't quite reach the summit as it is on the White River Apache Reservation and is sacred to the Apache.
