lovely Indian food....

So last night as I was going out to meet some Malawian friends, I slipped on a flight of wet steps and fell down to the bottom - stunned myself and really hurt my right arm and back.  So....instead of a nice evening out, I ended up in Casualty in Cape Town!  No broken bones thankfully but a very swollen and black arm and back and a lot of pain. The medical staff were lovely and gave me some pain medication! 

So, today I flew back to Lusaka with not much comfort as sitting down is really painful! Was nice to see some friends who took me out to an Indian restaurant before I collapsed into bed!!  Such a horrible end to a lovely week in Cape Town!
