Lacking inspiration

In the winter I had to work hard to find something to take a photo of on a work day. My photos weren't that imaginative compared to most on this site but I usually had a choice.

In spring there were emerging flowers that often caught my eye.

We are now rapidly approaching summer and, at the moment, I'm struggling to find interesting subjects for photos when I go out for a walkat lunchtime.

No idea why that should be but I am going to have to work a bit harder.
