Mr Sandman

Was shaping this  sand into a lump as I passed this morning. When I passed 2 hours later it had eyes. I wasn't close enough to see for sure but think it was a dolphin.He had a bucket for collections.There used to be a Big Issue seller on that site but I haven't seen her for ages.She must have retired. 
Can't see him being there  long. Though there's never a policeman to be seen so who knows ? ;)
