You Wait All Day For a Gondola..

I noticed that not a single person in a gondola today looked happy. I don't mean the gondolier of course as he's raking it in, but the passengers who have paid handsomely for the experience. Perhaps they were bored witless or trying very hard not to get seasick. Or maybe, just maybe, they were wondering where the Cornettos were!
