Elegant Surroundings - Harrogate Winter Gardens

Harrogate's old Royal Baths included the rather elegant Winter Gardens, where visitors used to relax and stroll among the potted palms.
These days the Winter Gardens is a Wetherspoons pub.

This shot is of the sweeping staircases from the entrance lobby down to the main area. As pubs go, it is certainly rather elegant.

Today's extra shows the view looking from the top of the stairs through the entrance lobby towards Parliament Street.
