A lovely calorie burn at Kettlebell class tonight, my bloody heart rate monitor stopped at 50 minutes, on 491 calories.. however we carried on for another 32 minutes. Why can't the instructor stick to just one hour....
Home to flowers from Tim, a mini mint aero for pudding and a nice hot shower!
