Stepping Stones Festival 2017

Day 3 of the Festival. The rain disappeared, but the wind arrived and stayed all day, creating challenges around the site.

There was more great music today. My blip is of a lovely couple who sang on various stages over the weekend. If you are from the USA you might like to be photographed in front of the doorway of a crumbling stately home. That's what we did.

All too soon, it was the last concert. This was The Carnival Band who were terrific. Maddy Prior joined them for the last few numbers. (See extra - a consumate performer after all these years.)

The campers drove off and the stewards started to take down all the gazebos, stacked chairs, etc., etc., and the heavens opened. It wasn't easy. We met together for a quick debrief over cups of soup.

It's been a wonderful weekend.
