Dorset September

A perfect September afternoon in Cerne Abbas today. A young woman was walking past us with a baby on her back, and she was singing to it. Lucky baby!

We had a walk with the dog along the stream, into the fields below the Giant (who looked a little untidy as the grass seems to have grown over the chalk lines).

Then through the village, stopping for a cream tea, of course, which we ate outside in the warm sunshine.
