Fresh from the oven
After experimenting with rye flake bread which was very good I'm back to my usual Sumava mixed flour sourdough loaf.
Warm weather helps the rising process and as far as I remember summer bread is usually easier to make with better results. I placed it on the terrace among the shadows of my urban garden where first strawberries and raspberries are ready to be picked.
