Outdoor Spin Class!

Near my work is a large courtyard between 2 skyscrapers - today they filled that space with spin bikes. Not sure when the class(es) will take place but love to participate, or at least watch a class. The fresh air would be heavenly in the middle of a sweaty class. Extra busy day at work as we hosted a staff appreciation luncheonfor about 100, it went well but was alot of work. Quiet night tonight, stopping by a friend's place on the way home to learn more about bio-energy health. It is fascinating and i look forward to learning more.
