Uncle Junior
Funerals are never fun, but today was testemant to a life lived well. While there were tears, grief and deep pain they were far outweighed by smiles and laughter as we said a final goodbye to Junior. Honestly the funniest man I've ever known. He had that magic quality of being incredibly blunt and to the point while also making it clear how much he cared. The first person to really encorage my early love for sport and the only one who didn't think going for a run on Christmas morning was weird! Age 53, it feels like a life cut short but we can take comfort in that he filled that life right up and filled up so many others as he danced along his way.
Always smiling. That's how I'll remember him. Uncle Junior.
