"Combine one thing with another to form a whole".

I love it when people do something clever. Piko's wholefood has a fitting building to have combined something of their munted pre-quake building with their post-quake rebuild.

Thank you for the kind messages, I've felt a lot better today and went to work. I intended having a wee run after work but once I'd dealt with rubbish bins and then a house full of feathers, it was pretty late.

Today's gratitude: Stretched. My body has appreciated some gentle stretching today and I'm fortunate to have a job where my skills are constantly stretched and being developed to new levels.
