cataracts

Due to a bit of jiggery pokery with work I have had an unexpected day off.         
I was feeling full of vim and vigour so have been up since 5.30am.  I've been laundry maid, house maid, car washer and gardener.   In amongst all that I hiked up the hill and did three speed walking  laps of the aerodrome.  Beautiful day for it.
Just now having a little sit down before I start on my kitchen duties and so on....
