In Slagelse

It was midnight, when I came home last night and it felt very early, when the alarm woke me up.

I had a chiropractor appointment in Slagelse in the morning, so I went there early and took the boys for a morning walk in town. 

And then off to work...

I took the boys out for a long afternoon walk in the woods after work. I had a headache and enjoyed the fresh air and exercise. I felt better, when we came home.

I am planning on a restful evening.
