Busy Bees

I spent the morning pottering on the allotment - cutting back, staking, weeding and taking photographs! I just love this sort of time spent on the plot - just noticing things and doing it, no rush, no schedule, just doing what  I fancied! The bees are having a feeding frenzy on my plot and they kept buzzing past me on the way to the next nectar laden  flower! Next stop Tavistock for chicken pellets and locusts for Gunther. Oh my it was hot! I had planned to go back up the allotment in the evening to do some digging and watering - but the heat of the day got to my head and it was just headache tablets and sleep for me!
