Today has been a tough day in the Hampson household, nothing serious...and certainly all the horrendous news from London puts things into perspective. But both kids suffering with the heat, Asha totally apetite-less and very emotional, Nate crying on & off all day... joy. During a small period of calm, I whipped up a green clay face mask, made with honey & tea tree oil. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The few moments of peace we've had today.
2) Clearing out 2 bin bags of clutter.
3) Fans. It is hot hot hot.
