Mindful moments

A quiet last day in London with a trip to the Buddhist centre and then a sunny stroll around familiar haunts. This squirrel was having a contemplative moment himself.

Had a lovely three days in London, busyness and crowds, but also some peaceful moments, like the choir practising in the park as I had my picnic and the best pianist ever at St Pancras.
