big leaf

I'm really bad at sleeping in - I think since I've been a kid I've been programmed to be a morning person, which is alright most of the time but can get a bit annoying sometimes, especially when I don't want to naturally wake up at 6am. So sleeping until 9am today was a real luxury! I cleaned the flat, went to the gym, read, listened to some albums (mainly the National - so effing amazing) and then had Lizzy and her husband over for tea. A nice day :)

The picture is of one of the new plants we got for the flat a couple of weeks ago - I love the leaves and how the light creates all these different colours.
