Leaves

Different leaf forms, tiered over one another. Dianthus, crocosmia and aucuba, bottom to top. I had to underexpose somewhat as the aucuba is so shiny the leaves appeared white at the camera's initial chosen exposure.

The garden is going into a bit of a lull now as the spring and early summer flowers go and we wait for the late summer/autumn display, which is when it tends to be at its best, unless we've had relentlessly dry weather. Still, we have clematis, geraniums and sisyrinchiums, amongst others, to be going on with.
