National treasure?

A trip to bluewater today to buy some summer clothes (don't blame me if the sun disappears now!). Shorts and T-shirts bought we then tried and failed to buy a coffee machine in John Lewis. One on display we liked was not in stock and discontinued, so we tried to buy the display model. They eventually said that was possible but have to collect next week as the till can't cope with it on the same day - computer said no!
Also tried to buy a camera in same shop but this time they don't sell that model! I don't think they wanted to sell me anything.
