Flower Friday

Unfortunately, I do not know the name of this pretty flower.   It was on a large bush that I spotted as I was leaving Brookside Gardens this morning. I especially like unruly flowers and this one fit that bill. 

It was a perfect morning for flower photography because the temperatures were mild, (although still humid) and it was overcast.  

Many thanks to Anni for her dedication to this challenge each week.  It brings so much pleasure to all of us who participate.  Many thanks also to those of you who gave me such encouragement for my attempt at an abstract yesterday. It makes me think that perhaps I should try it again.
