Luskentyre beach

Today marks 1 week of more or less continuous storms and it is continuing today and forecast to be the same until Tuesday at least.

You may think that our pictures make the weather look good but they were generally grabbed during short breaks in the weather.   

This view down the fabulous beach at Luskentyre makes the weather look much better than it actually was.  The sand seems to glow whatever the weather and it was raining here.

We are waiting for a ferry to North Uist.   Not sure what the internet will be like there.  The cafe at the ferry terminal has fast internet allowing us to catch up.
