Peace Pagoda

Despite getting in at 5:30 and not having the kids this morning I still woke at 7:30 am. How is that fair? I also have mild deafness and earache from all the noise but I still think it was worth it.

J and I tried to go for breakfast before collecting the girls. We went to a little tea room and ordered 2 cooked breakfasts but 45 minutes later it still hadn't come. The manager decided he must have accidently given our order to another table so we left with empty bellies. :(

I was worried how L would be at nanny's house after a disastrous week since ditching the nappies but she was accident free while she was there.

Mad dash to mc d's before taking M to a super birthday party at Gullivers Land. Fearing I would not survive the care of E and L on my own, I met Shelley and her lovely kids at Willen Lake for the afternoon. I've been seeing a lot more of Shelley recently and it's been great. I hope we keep it up.

Got the girls in the PJs to watch the first Celebrity Come Dancing. Bought more junk to keep me alive until bedtime which converted to feeling thoroughly sick. Lesson well learnt until next time.

What an excellent weekend do far and it's only Saturday.
