Sunlit burn
I've never looked at this bit of burn before, though I've crossed the road bridge I took the photo from more times than I can remember. But this afternoon the sun lit up the far recesses of the woodland round this bit of the Ardyne Burn where it skirts the grounds of Knockdow House (for sale, apparently), and the purple rhododendrons drew the eye in to the brown water - so I looked. And that's why it's today's blip.
The additional photo is of the house and pond, a view I'm always taking pictures of. The water lilies are coming out and I thought it looked peaceful.
