Hot & Tired

The trouble with starting working late yesterday is that arriving in this morning you feel as though you have hardly been away, it certainly doesn't feel like twelve and a half hours.
Working outside in the sun in temperatures of 22 - 23 is strength sapping and I arrived home more tired than normal and dehydrated.
Josh ate early so as to get to Cadets whilst I enjoyed a BBQ with Sam and Clare.
