Jess Glynne doing her thing as top of the bill at the superb Girlguiding Scotland #TartanGig at the Hydro today.

It's the place to go if you want to know what 8,000 teenage girls wearing flashing fluffy bunny ears and screaming at the top of their lungs look and sound like :)

And as well as being a whole heap of gleeful fun, there was also something so powerful about all those young girls in a safe space, letting loose at a pop gig as part of a rite of passage. Just wonderful. Wonderful.

Might be a few days before my hearing returns though...
