Too hot!

I had to work this morning, and was feeling too hot before I'd even loaded my van at 8am. GravyC dropped the boys to my work at lunchtime, as we had secret Father's Day shopping to do, so I didn't even get to shower or change my clothes then! I really had to psych myself up to go for a run at 4.30pm - my last opportunity - and you wouldn't believe how happy I was to jump straight into this bath of cold water that GravyC had run just in time for my return!!!
