On the Wall

Jack and I had a pleasant evening in the Corn Exchange listening to a concert by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. But phew ...it was so hot and sticky in the auditorium.

Cambridge is getting back to normal after all the May Balls celebrations. There are marquees and tents in most of the central college grounds and boxes of empty beer and champagne bottles everywhere. But the lime trees smell wonderful.
