Hanuman not human

This small shrine is near the entrance of the local park. I see people ring the bells and make offerings to the Hindu monkey god Hanuman.
A beggar with only one leg usually sits at the entrance of the park greeting every devotee and park goer. Most people don't look at him, but walk right past.
