A Winter Rose

We had a light frost this morning. The sun did try and show her face but the clouds won out. My washing didn't dry at all well.

My oldest son went over to Akaora today to take a single bed from our place to Akaora then bring back the one there to his place. Also he mowed my lawns... so kind of him as they haven't done for a few months now. I used to do them before I hurt my leg.

I am feeding my other sons cat while he is overseas and after that I went and got some more tape for packing.. and a few other things. Still haven't heard if our new house has passed the building inspection. Hopefully tomorrow we will get good news!

This rose bud is so small I wasn't sure if I could well captured over the fence at a distance..I had to cut the shot down by 80%. I was pleased to see it still looked OK.. just!
