What a great word!

Gill went for a check up at the GP practice and as there is a history of high BP in her family, the practice nurse asked her to bring in our BP meter so she could check it against her own ... ours was pronounced to be a museum piece and well out of calibration. 

The replacement has arrived and she can start keeping the records the nurse asked for.  

Although my BP is not perfect, I don't need medication.  Possibly just less caffeine & salt?  I don't mind ditching the salt,  not quite so keen on doing without real coffee .... perhaps I could just ride the bike more?
