Lake Victoria Outlet

Day trip to Lake Victoria today. It is located in New South Wales but owned by South Australia!!
Very foggy morning. We didn't really 'see' the lake. There is no access to the lake or its shores as it is a protected Aboriginal Heritage site.
Charles Sturt noted a large Aboriginal population at the lake in the 1830's. Unfortunately there was a massacre of Aboriginals there in the mid 1800's. Quite a sad history. There are many Aboriginal burial sites in the surrounding dunes.
