Dinner and a movie

We scorched some ribs and drumsticks on the barbecue before going to Harvie's school for its end of year show put on and run by the students. Harvie showed his debut film Juvenile, a short which he wrote, directed and (because none of his friends wanted to be on camera) acted in. We had seen the final edit on the computer but it was great to see it on the big screen. There were lots of great performers on the night from solo singers, a cabaret style hula hooping act and sketches etc. Great fun. I completely messed up on capturing a still from H's film on the big screen, hence the spare ribs.
